About the Daily Puzzle
Every day we generate one medium-difficulty Sudoku puzzle. The grid is the same for everyone — it is seeded from today's date, so you can compare times with friends or family.
Medium puzzles have 30 to 35 given clues. Most can be solved with scanning and occasional pencil marks. If you get stuck, our tips page has a "stuck playbook" that walks you through what to check next.
